In comparison to the original
model, the U-Turn OXIGEN II is a completely new development.
Design chief Ernst Strobl has optimised the profile for higher
performance, giving the kite more cells, a higher aspect ratio
and incomparable stability. The new innovative materials used
for the wing and the firewire bridle give a significant weight
saving
The result is a high end intermediate kite which is very
near to race kite performance but nevertheless has easy handling
and a very forgiving behaviour. It is not necessary to be
always on the alert to correct the kite, even when the flyer
makes an occasional mistake the OXIGEN II stays in the air
The optional SPS Speed/Power System
is easily fitted for use with bar or handles and allows for
a large useable wind range and dynamic control of power and
flying speed. Along with the optimised range of sizes, it
