::Trinity Kiteboards UK::
Trinity is a small workshop specializing in kiteboard building based in the North UK.
Our boards are borne out from the need for performance on primarily choppy water,
and have been developed with the UK coastline in mind, however, they are also ideal
for less choppy and flat conditions.
Our Mission is to provide kitesurfers with a low cost alternative to mass-produced kiteboards
and in addition, to use only the highest grade materials for the construction the finish
and the fixtures and fittings.

Our Trinity Boards may be considered to meet if not exceed the standards set by most manufacturers
with respect to construction, handling and appearance.
Boards can be selected from a
standard range including the T1, T2 and T3 line which are 137 cm long, have a 5mm concave ,
a radial rocker line and widths of 33 cm 36 cm and 38 cm. There remains then only the board
humorously named the Holy Grail which measures 120 x 39 cm, has a 2.5 cm radial rocker
and includes a carbon construction.
All boards are supplied with B3 pads and straps.
B3 have been working with custom builders
for some time now and their reputation is well known in Tarifa where they are based. Fins are
also G10 and are made by B3.
All boards are constructed using 120kgm3 PU foam; SP Systems SP115 UV Stable laminating resin
system is employed in all stages of the build reinforcing further their structural integrity
over time. All fixings are established using ABS blocks measuring 2.5 cm x 7cm containing
brass threaded inserts making them stronger and more durable than conventional self-tapping
screws. Fin blocks are also ABS and set into the core providing a skin to skin bond for
security and strength.

Our range of boards are laminated using only the highest grade re enforcement fabrics.
Manufacturers included are Hexcel Composites Texalium 290grm/m3 metalised fabric, Carbon
fabric and S Glass. The mix ratios of the fabrics can be varied to provide the rider with
his or her desired flex characteristics.
We also feature the latest form of rail construction.
Our boards are equipped with ABS
sidewalls that offer superior resistance to abrasion and impact from hard objects commonly
encountered in the coastal environment. An effective bonding structure has been achieved
between ABS, core and outer skins by treating the ABS both physically and chemically prior
to bonding.

We sincerely hope that you will try one of our boards and let us know how you enjoyed it.
Look out for them and don’t be surprised if someone offers a Trinity Board to try around the north
west!!
